Howdo i transport my cake?

You can safely transport them on the passenger floor with the air-conditioning on and driving slowly around the corners.

Delivery service?

The delivery fee is from $30 otherwise $2/mile for longer distances. For wedding cakes and large celebration cakes, the delivery fee is $60 otherwise $2/mile for longer distances and includes set up time as well.

Serves

Our cakes serves are estimated based on coffee serves which is a 1" x 2" sized cut equivalent to portions served at weddings. If you are looking for dessert serves (2" x 1" cuts) please choose the next size up in cake size to ensure there is plenty of cake to go around. Download cake serves form here.

How do I keep/store the cake?

Our cakes keep very fresh in the fridge for up to 2 days (decorations may vary), so if you are not eating the cake on the day of pickup, store the cake (as given in my box) into a drinks fridge (or a fridge with no odors) and bring to room temperature at least 45min-1hour before cutting. Butter based cakes and buttercream are best eaten nice and soft.

Do you require a deposit for orders?

We require deposits for bookings over $300. We understand life happens and you may need to cancel or postpone your order. Please let us know three weeks in advance if you need to cancel an order – you’ll receive a 50% refund. All other orders need to be confirmed with FULL payment. We only take a limited number of orders per week/day, so we base our schedule on a first paid/first served policy.

How much notice do you need to take a booking?

2-3 weeks as a minimum is recommended to place an order. As we have limited spots each week for cake orders, the sooner you contact us about your cake, the better chance we can take it.

Are you a Nut Free
kitchen?

Our kitchen is not nut free even if some of our cakes don’t contain nuts. Please be aware of this when serving our cakes to your guests.

Do you make GF/Vegan cakes?

Sorry we don’t specialize in these cakes.
